A Senior Active Living Fair

 

A Senior Active Living Fair will be held at McConaghy Centre on Nov 7 from 10am to 2pm.  Agenda of the day includes :

• Steps to Safety by Richmond Hill Fire and Emergency Services
• Frauds & Scams by York Region Police
• Zumba demonstration
• Introduction to Diabetes by Vaughan Community Health
• Resistance Training Demonstration

• Catholic Community Services Presentation

Vendor booths will also be set up to provide further information.

You are welcome to attend. Admission is free but registration which will open/start on Sept 22 is required. Admission is limited and is on a first come first served basis.
