🥢 回味無窮的五六十年代點心茶樓

在還沒有網美打卡點、也沒有精緻擺盤的年代,吃點心是我們生活中的一件大事——尤其是在1950、60年代,那是一種全方位的感官體驗,讓人至今難以忘懷。


🍵 老式茶樓的場景

走進那個年代的傳統茶樓,最先映入眼簾的是木製椅子、雲石枱面,有時候你得和陌生人併桌,因為店裡總是滿座。空氣中瀰漫著香片茶的清香、熱騰騰燒賣的蒸氣味、與老友記的閒聊聲

牆上多半貼著字畫或紅色對聯,偶爾還有一兩面斑駁的鏡子。頭頂上的風扇緩緩轉動,像是在與你一同回味舊時光。裝潢樸素,但親切熟悉——沒有所謂的設計感,卻有一種人情味。


🐦 嘈雜而溫馨的交響曲:人聲、雀鳥、點心妹

那種聲音,說吵也吵,說熱鬧也熱鬧,但更多的是生活的韻律。有人高聲講電話,有人聊著時事,有人用筷子敲茶杯叫加水。還有些茶樓門口會掛著幾籠雀鳥在唱歌,彷彿牠們也是座上賓。

最難忘的,當然是推著鐵製點心車的點心妹。她們會邊走邊吆喝:

  • 「蝦餃、燒賣、叉燒包——熱辣辣啱晒你呀!」
  • 「流沙包、牛柏葉、鳳爪——快啲嚟喇!」


這些聲音成為茶樓的招牌,哪裡需要什麼菜單?靠耳朵聽、靠眼睛選、靠嘴巴叫,一場即興演出,充滿人情味。


💰 平價又滿足

那時候的點心價錢真是便宜得難以置信:蝦餃一籠五仙,叉燒包一個三仙,豬肚粥一碗一毫二。花個一兩毫子就吃得飽飽,還可以買瓶汽水搭電車回家。

對小孩來說,點心車就是移動的夢幻樂園。每當看到蛋撻或煎堆出場,我們就像看到寶藏一樣興奮。對老人家來說,則是一種儀式:一壺茶、一份報紙、一籠點心,這就是他們的黃金時光


👵👶 三代同堂的味道

點心不只是吃飯,更是家庭的凝聚力。長輩教小孩用筷子、叔伯之間閒話家常、婆婆邊飲茶邊打瞌睡——這些畫面,如今回想起來,仍舊溫暖無比。

茶樓是社區的交匯點,是人生故事的交換所。從童年到老年,這裡記錄著我們的成長與回憶。

那時候有很多響噹噹的茶樓名字,一講出來大家都點頭。香港的話,像是陸羽茶室蓮香樓這些地方,不用打廣告,門口長長的排隊人龍就是活招牌



✨ 爺爺的回憶

回首那些日子,點心不僅僅是食物,更是一段段活生生的回憶與情感的串聯。我們不拍照、不打卡,卻把味道記在心裡;我們不寫評論、不評星星,卻永遠記得哪一家的蝦餃最好吃,哪一個點心妹最健談。


今天的點心餐廳更高級了,氣氛也更靜謐,但我仍懷念那些燈光刺眼、聲音嘈雜、笑聲四起的老茶樓。那裡有我童年的滋味,也有三代人的回憶。


所以,下次當你喝著茶、咬著燒賣,不妨閉上眼睛,或許你也能聽到那年代的吆喝聲、聞到那股熟悉的香氣——那是時間煨出來的滋味,那是人生的點心

  16th December, 2025 our group gathered at McConaghy Community Centre for a potluck party filled with warmth, laughter, and good food.
