Reminder: Our Christmas Potluck Party

This is a gentle reminder that our Christmas Potluck Party will be held at McConaghy Senior Centre on Dec 13. The gym was booked for us from 10 am to 3pm. We, the volunteers, need time to set things up. You can come with your food around 11am. Let the volunteers know if your food needs to be heated or refrigerated. I want to emphasize that the idea of a potluck party is for each attendee to bring a dish of food to be shared. No money will be accepted in lieu of food.

In addition to enjoying delicious food and socializing with fellow ping pongers, we will arrange to have singing and dancing and lucky draw. Looking forward to a fun filled day with you.

溫馨提示- 我們的聖誕聚餐將于十二月十三日在 McConaghy 長者中心擧行，中心已經預訂了運動場早上十時至下午三時供我們使用,工作人員及義工需要一些時間安排一切，各位參加者可于早上十一時左右到場，請將食物交給工作人員，如你的食物需要加熱或冷藏的話，請告知我們。Potluck Party 的意思是每位參加者供應一份食物讓大家共享，故此我們不會接受以金錢代替食物，敬請留意。

當日除了共享美食與及聯誼之外，我們亦會安排跳舞，唱歌及抽獎品的節目。

A Joyful Potluck Celebration at McConaghy Community Centre

16th December, 2025 our group gathered at McConaghy Community Centre for a potluck party filled with warmth, laughter, and good food. The timing was perfect—the centre has just completed a renovation, and the changes are immediately noticeable and impressive. A Fresh, Welcoming Space The newly renovated entrance is wider and brighter , creating a welcoming first impression. Inside, the assembly hall now feels more open and spacious , making it an ideal venue for community gatherings. The improved layout allowed everyone to move around comfortably, mingle freely, and truly enjoy the event.
