How To Change Blogger Login Email Address?

As I already said, Blogger doesn’t allow you to change the email address as WordPress, and other platform does, where you just need to click on the edit button and add your new email.

But I can help you to do it…

So, here are the simple steps you need to follow to change your blogger login email address.

Step 1. Login to your blogger account for which you want to change the login email address.

Step 2. I hope you have already created a new email address with which you want to change your blogger login email address. If not, then first create a new email address.

Step 3. Now you need to go to Blogger Dashboard > Settings > Basics and scroll down to the Permission section to see the blog authors.

Step 4. Click on the +Add Authors; after clicking on +Add Authors, you will see a box where you need to enter the email address for inviting authors; you can add multiple email addresses too.

So enter the new email address you want to change your blogger login email to; it will send an author to invite to the same email address.

Click on Invite Authors to send invitations.

Step 5. Now go check your new email address’s inbox; you indeed received an author invitation from Blogger.

Step 6. You need to click on the Accept Invitation button in the email. It will redirect you to Blogger, where you again need to click on the Accept Invitation button.

Step 7. When you click on the Accept Invitation button again on Blogger, this will redirect you to your blogger blog as the new Author, but you don’t have admin access to the new account.

Step 8. To assign a new Author as admin, you need to login to Blogger using your old email address and go to Blogger Dashboard>Settings>Basics, then scroll down to the Permission.

But this there, you will be seeing there are two authors added…

You need to make admin to the new Author you need with your new email address.

Step 9. After assigning a new Author as admin, you can delete the old Author with the old email address you want to remove.

Step 10. Now you can log in using a new email address to your Blogger.
