財政司司長陳寶龍今天(8日)和一些政府官員今天早上與媒體會面,宣布了資金分配的細節。 他說,政府計劃從6月21日開始接受申請,最後提交日期為明年12月31日。
財政司司長陳馮富珍說:「市民只要擁有唯一的銀行帳戶,便可以通過銀行進行電子登記。 這是最快,最方便的註冊方式,也是最快的付款方式。 從6月通過銀行提交的電子註冊的付款將從7月8日左右同時存入銀行帳戶。 在7月1日當天或之後提交電子註冊的人將在註冊後大約一周內收到付款。”
公民可以通過指定銀行的網站或電子銀行進行註冊,並直接在其個人帳戶中收款。 如果他們從6月21日到本月底提交申請,他們將在7月8日收到款項。 他說,如果公民在6月30日之後通過電子方式進行註冊,則可以在大約一周內收到付款;如果在6月21日至7月4日之間以書面形式進行註冊,則可以在7月20日收到款項。 註冊和收集時間大約相隔兩週。
陳指出,政府已與銀行溝通,並測試了註冊系統,以確保其安全可靠。 如果公眾使用在線銀行進行註冊,則銀行用戶無需填寫信息,註冊的信息也將保留以備將來使用。
公眾可以選擇通過21家參與銀行進行註冊,以將這筆款項存入其全名銀行帳戶; 希望收到支票付款的人可以在香港郵政註冊並親自到郵局取款。 銀行將從6月21日上午7點開始接受電子註冊。
人們也可以向銀行提交紙質註冊表格(表格1),但收款日期將根據紙質註冊的安排分批處理。 如欲收取訂單支票付款,可向香港郵政提交紙質註冊表格(表格2),或在香港郵政網站( hongkongpost.hk )提交電子註冊表格。 他們還可以向GPO 182020號郵箱提交紙質註冊表。如果郵件是從香港寄出的,則無需郵寄。
紙質表格註冊將分三週進行,每兩週一次。 首批(即1955年或之前出生的人)可於2020年6月21日之前提交表格,並於7月20日收到付款。
由6月15日起,紙質登記表可從參與零售銀行,香港郵政和計劃的網站( www.cashpayout.gov.hk )下載。 在銀行分行,郵局,民政事務總署的民政查詢中心,社會福利署的地區社會福利辦事處,香港房屋委員會的公共屋村辦事處和顧客服務中心,您都可以使用它們。
6月21日上午9點至下午5點開放,全美20家零售銀行的約1000家分支機構和約120家郵局將在6月21日上午9點至下午5點開放。
