舌頭操防止老人痴呆

我已是耄耋之年的老人了,到了我這個年 齡,自然毛病多多。 
也難怪,人老了,身體各方面的器官都衰退了。
但是我最擔心的是患上老年性癡呆,
一旦患上這毛病,不但自己生活不能自理,還連累家人。


一天,兒子從外面回來,告訴我說他有個當醫生的朋友
傳給他一套“舌頭操”, 特別適合老年人在家裡練習,
說不但能預防老年性癡呆,還有助於治療肥胖、高血壓、
腦梗死、哮喘、 老花眼、耳鳴、咽喉炎、肩周炎、失眠等。


哎呀!作用還真不少!我忙問這“舌頭操”複雜不複雜,
兒子說相當簡單,只要每天早晨洗臉後對著鏡子
將舌頭伸出與縮進各做10次,然後將舌頭吐出嘴巴外,
向左右搖擺各10次就行了。
自此,我就按照兒子所講的“舌頭操”要領,每天練起來。
起先,老伴見我對著鏡子吐伸舌頭, 以為我在犯什麼毛病。
當我告訴她這是在做舌頭操鍛煉大腦呢,她才有些將信將疑。
後來在兒子那裡得到了驗證,她便也跟著我一起練習起來。


這以後,我們經過不斷地實踐,
又改進了做“舌頭操”的方法,
即不一定在鏡子前做,做的次數也進行了適當增減。
我和老伴每天早晚各做1次“舌頭操”,
練習時坐在椅子上,雙手十指張開,放在膝蓋上,
上半身稍微前傾。
由鼻孔吸氣,接著嘴巴大大地張開,
舌頭儘量伸出並且呼氣,同時睜大雙眼, 
目視前方,反復操練。


這樣堅持不懈做了一年多的“操”,有了收穫,
不但頭腦清爽,原來的老花眼、頭暈、腸胃功能不好、
易流鼻涕等有了顯著的改善,肢體也感覺靈活了許多。

醫學研究表明,舌神經連接著大腦,
當人體衰老時,最先出現的信號往往就是舌頭僵硬。

所以經常運動舌頭,可以間接對大腦進行刺激,
防止大腦萎縮,達到強身健體的目的。
