舌頭操 ─ 簡單、易做、功效大

                                         
我已是耄耋之年的老人了,到了我這個年齡,自然毛病多多。也難怪,人老了,
                                                  
身體各方面的器官都衰退了。但是我最擔心的是患
                                                 
上老年性癡呆,一旦患上這毛病,不但自己生活不
                                                 
能自理,還連累家人。
                                                   
一天,兒子從外面回來,告訴我說他有個當醫生的朋友傳給他一套「舌頭操」,
                                                 
特別適合老年人在家裡練習,說不但能預防老年性
                                                 
癡呆,還有助於治療肥胖、高血壓、腦梗死、哮
                                                 
喘、老花眼、耳鳴、咽喉炎、肩周炎、失眠等。
哎呀!作用還真不少!我忙問這「舌頭操」複雜不複雜,兒子說相當簡單,只要
                                                 
 每天早晨洗臉後對著鏡子將舌頭伸出與縮進各做10次,然後將舌頭吐出嘴巴外向左右搖擺各10次就行了。


                                                 

我就按照兒子所講的「舌頭操」要領,每天練起來。起先,老伴見我對著
                                                 
鏡子吐伸舌頭,以為我在犯什麼毛病。當我告訴她
                                                 
這是在做舌頭操鍛煉大腦呢,她才有些將信將疑。
                                                 
後來在兒子那裡得到了驗證,她便也跟著我一起練
                                                 
習起來。


                                                 

這以後,我們經過不斷地實踐,又改進了做「舌頭操」的方法,即不一定在鏡子
                                                 
前做,做的次數也進行了適當增減。我和老伴每天
                                                 
早晚各做1次「舌頭操」,練習時坐在椅子上,雙手十指張開,放在膝蓋上,上半身稍微前
                                                 
傾。由鼻孔吸氣,接著嘴巴大大地張開,舌頭儘量
                                                 
伸出並且呼氣,同時睜大雙眼,目視前方,反復操
                                                 
練5次。然後嘴巴張開,舌頭伸出並縮進反復10多次,吐出嘴巴向左右各掃10多次,同時用右手食指、中指與無名指的指尖,在左耳下邊至咽喉處,上下搓擦30次。接著,在舌頭伸出與縮進時,用左手3指的指尖,在右耳下邊至咽喉處,上下搓擦30次。

                                                 

這樣堅持不懈做了一年多的「操」,有了收穫,不但頭腦清爽,原來的老花眼、
                                                 
頭暈、腸胃功能不好、易流鼻涕等有了顯著的改
                                                 
善,肢體也感覺靈活了許多。

                                                 

編者:「舌頭操」防老年癡呆有一定道理。醫學研究表明,舌神經連接著大腦,
                                                 
當人體衰老時,最先出現的信號往往就是舌頭僵
                                                 
硬。所以經常運動舌頭可以間接對大腦進行刺激,
                                                 
防止大腦萎縮,達到強身健體的目的。
