Once upon a time there lived a king.   The king had a beautiful daughter, The PRINCESS.   But there was a problem. Everything the princess touched would melt.  No matter what;  Metal,  Wood,  Stone,  Anything she touched would melt.  Because of this, men were afraid of her. 俗話說得好，“病來如山倒”。 實際上，任何疾病的發生發展都有一個過程，在突發前都有一些身體上的先兆，只不過沒有引起我們足夠的重視罷了。 隨著健康意識的增強，我們應該對人體發出的不良信號，給予足夠的重視，避免釀成大禍。 1. 起床後的四個信號： 人的一天在不同階段身體的不良感受，就是在向您的健康發出警示信號。 ·       清晨醒來如果頭暈、頭昏，可能是出現了頸椎骨質增生或血黏度過高等疾病； ·       如果在起床活動20分鐘後浮腫還不徹底消失，提示可能有腎病或心臟病； ·       晨起噁心嘔吐，除去懷孕的原因，如每天早上都如此，很可能是慢性胃炎或肝膽有病； ·       晨起小便，如果尿液棕色，提示肝臟可能出現問題。 2. 清晨對鏡觀察臉色：洗臉時對著鏡子觀察，看看自己的臉色有沒有什麼異常。 ·       如果發現自己臉色潮紅，可能與心臟病或高血壓有關； ·       如臉色帶黃，還伴以身體疲倦，很可能是黃疸型肝炎； ·       如發現眼睛顏色改變，充血、渾濁、色黃，應馬上去醫院看； ·       如眼瞼蒼白，提示可能患了缺鐵性貧血； ·       如眼角膜出現一圈模糊的灰環，說明心臟可能有問題，如果是30—50歲男性應馬上到醫院。 3. 如果出現口臭、口氣重。 則可能是牙周病引起，同時，胃病、肝病、糖尿病等全身性疾病或缺乏微量元素鋅和維生素B都可能導致口臭。 比如，胃幽門螺桿菌感染可引起持續性口臭，還常伴有不同程度的饑餓感和胃痛。 一旦吃飽喝足，口臭會隨之減輕，而隨著幽門螺桿菌的根治，口臭也會自動消失。 4. 飲食上的大病先兆。 ·       如果總感到口渴，要去查查血糖和糖耐量，看是否糖尿病； ·       如果在清晨醒來有強烈的心慌饑餓感，並且伴有疲乏無力，直到吃早餐後不舒適的感覺才逐漸消失，提示可能是糖尿病傾向； ·     ...
