一位鄉下老太太駁倒三個博士【讚,讚,讚】

第一次歐戰之後,某國想用科學方法宣傳無神論,領導國民脫離宗教信仰。政府便在廣場築台,對眾人宣講,並請三位博士作為講員。

第一位是天文博士,他上台解釋了許多無神理由以後,最後大聲喊著說:「我用望遠鏡觀察宇宙二十多年,從來沒有看見過神,所以一定沒有神。」因此博得觀眾不少掌聲。

第二位是醫學博士,講完許多人類絕沒有靈魂的道理以後,末了說:「我曾解剖過不知多少屍體,細察各部分,從來沒有發現靈魂寄託的地方。它在心臟中呢?在腦中呢?還是在血液中呢?我都解剖檢驗過,數十年來,沒有見到,所以一定沒有靈魂。」又是掌聲雷動。

第三位是位女博士,倫理學家。她慢步上台,說:「人死像燈滅。死了死了,一死就了,絕對沒有天堂地獄,永生審判的事。我曾遍讀古今中外各書,都沒有這項記載。」

三位博士講完之後,主席向眾人宣告說:「無論什麼人,如果對三位博士所講沒有神的理由,還有不滿意的地方,或是要辯論的話,都可以公開提出討論。」等了許久,沒有人提出反駁。

正要在這勝利聲中結束宣傳大會的時候,有一位鄉下老太太進到台前,對主席說:「我也可以提出幾個反問嗎?」
主席說:「歡迎之至。」

於是老太太面向第一位博士說:「你用望遠鏡望了二十多年,你望見過風嗎?它是什麼形狀呢?」

博士說:「用望遠鏡怎麼能看見風呢?」

老太太說:「世界上有沒有風呢?你用望遠鏡尚且看不見風,難道你能用望遠鏡望見神嗎?你用望遠鏡望不見神,你就能說沒有神嗎?」博士啞口無言。

她又轉向第二位博士說:「你愛不愛你太太?」

博士回答說:「愛她。」

老太太說:「請你把你解剖人體的刀子給我用用,我要把你肚子剖開看看,你愛你太太的那個『愛』在哪一部分?在肝裡呢?在胃裡呢?還是在腸子裡呢?」眾人哄堂大笑。

老太太又再轉向那個女博士說:「你讀過這本書嗎?這本書叫《聖經》。這書豈不明明地說,人人都有一死,死後且有審判嗎?你不要以為死了就算完了,要知道死後的事情,要比生前更長更多呢!

當你在母腹時,如果有人告訴你說:『不久你要生在地上,有日有月有山有水,還要吃飯穿衣,』你能信嗎?今天你不只是相信,而且是實在活在這個世界之中;我告訴你,永生世界也是這樣。」

  16th December, 2025 our group gathered at McConaghy Community Centre for a potluck party filled with warmth, laughter, and good food.
