Richmond Hill TTC55+ Umpire Workshop

My name is Johnson. I am one of the TT lovers who have started to play table tennis in McC centre 2 and half years ago. I went through the 2011 & 2012 Golden Fun games at McC & the 2012 Nov. 27^th Oak Ridges TT tournament. They are great & fun events. I believe a lot of the TT players enjoyed the games & good times.

The 2013 Golden Fun games are coming up soon in May – June. It will be more fun & more compatible this year. We have held an “Umpire briefing session” with Coach Kevin Wu last year. Our players did benefit a lot from the briefing. By popular request we will hold another umpire session (2 hours) this year before the Golden Fun games.  This time is open for all the Richmond Hill table tennis 55+ players. I attached a few photos of the last Umpire briefing at the end of this e-mail as a sample of the last session.

It will be calling “TT Umpire Workshop” – (conduct in English only)-         Information of duties of an umpire & a score keeper. (Carlo & Johnson)-         Videos showing last year coach Kevin Wu’s briefing. (Johnson)-         Open floor discussion of our games format & basic rules to play in the Godden Fun Games.
