看看做個參考就好。 有一個自己的窩，不到死千萬別丟！ 有一份自己的工資，自己做主！ 有一個老伴，好好相伴！ 有一個身體，自己保重！ 有一個好的心態，自己快樂！ 老了，我們已經老了！只不過我們現在身體還好，頭腦清醒， 所以還沒有「老」的緊迫感。 老了，指望誰！要分幾個階段，幾種情況來談。  * 第一種情況 ，* *退休以後六十歲到七十歲，身體比較好，條件也許可。* 喜歡吃就吃一點，喜歡穿就穿一點，喜歡玩就玩一點。 不要再刻薄自己，這種時日不多了，要把握住。 錢把住一些，房子留住一點，把自己的後路退路都安排好。 不要出現了突然狀況一切全亂。 孩子經濟好是孩子的，孩子孝順是孩子的好品質。 我們不拒絕他們的資助，不拒絕他們的孝敬。 但還是要立足依靠自己，安排好自己為好， 這樣只會錦上添花不會被動難受。 * 第二種情況 ，* *七十歲過了沒災沒病的，生活還能自理* 這沒有太大的問題，但要知道這是真老了， 慢慢地體力精力都會不行的，反應也會越來越差， 吃飯要慢——防噎，走路要慢——防跌。 不能再逞強，要照顧自己啦！ 不要再去管這管那，管兒管女， 有的還去管第三代，管了一輩子，該自私一點，管管自己啦！ 一切都要悠著點，有條件的就用個人， 幫助打掃打掃衛生，買買菜做個飯，洗洗弄弄也就那麼點事。 把自己的健康的狀態保持得儘量的長一點。 給自己能夠自主生活的時間儘量的長一些，不求人的日子總好過。 * 第三種情況 ，* *身體不好了，要求人啦！* 這一定要有所準備，絕大多數人都逃不過這一關。 心情要調整好，要適應。這和退休調整心態是一回事，從一種生活方式轉變為另一種生活方式。 沒辦法的生老病死人生常態坦然對待。 這是人生最後一段沒有什麼好怕，早有準備就不會太難過。 或是進養老院，或是用人居家養老，量力而行，酌情而辦， 總會有辦法， 原則就是不要磨子女，給子女心理，家務， 包括經濟添加沉重的負擔。 自己多克服一些，我們這一代人什麼苦什麼難都經過， 相信我們人生最後的旅程也會坦然度過。 * 第四種情況 ，* *自己頭腦清醒，身體疾病纏身無法治癒生活品質極差時，* *要敢於面對死亡自我決斷， *  堅決不要家人再搶救，不要親友做無謂的浪費。 如果...

About a century or two ago, the Pope decided that all the Chinese had to leave Italy.  Naturally there was a big uproar from the Chinese community.  So the Pope made a deal. He would have a religious debate with a member of the Chinese community.  If the Chinese win, they could stay. If the Pope wins, the Chinese would leave.  The Chinese realized that they had no other choice.  So they picked a middle-aged man named Ah Peh to represent them.  Ah Peh asked for one condition to be added to the debate.  "To make it more interesting", he said, "neither side would be allowed to talk". The Pope agreed. The day of the great debate came.  Ah Peh and the Pope sat opposite each other for a full minute.  Then the Pope raised his hand and showed three fingers.
