若要老公開心，做飯！  若要兒女開心，做牛！   若要朋友開心，做東！ 若要全家開心，做官！  若要自己開心，做夢！ 自從有了Line、臉書、微信……，大家就過起從前皇帝般的生活： 每天早晨醒來的第一件事就是~像皇帝批閱奏折般的看朋友圈、看臉書、審閱天下事、點上幾個讚、感覺不錯的留個言…… 像批奏折一般……告訴文武大臣，朕知道啦……! ♤ 人到中年後的困境 ： 有首歌「明天會更好」~ 真正是為了給人信心與鼓勵…… 其實現實生活裏~明天會不會更好 ? 不知道……， 但明天一定會更老，這是確定的 ! 歲月是要走過才會知道它的凌厲，到了某個年紀，不得不承認地心引力的厲害，器官樣樣俱在，只是緊緻不在，更常所謂的「萬般皆下垂，唯有血壓高」。 中年以後的身體已起了很大的變化: 坐著打瞌睡， 躺著睡不著， 想記的記不起來， 想忘的忘不掉， 更糟的是~哭的時候沒眼淚，笑的時候直擦淚， 頭頂上是「白髮拔不盡，春風吹又生」， 而男士們的髮型多數也開始「地方支持中央」 ，由兩邊往中央梳，好遮住稀疏的部分， 記憶力也明顯衰退，從一個房間走到另一個房間，就是想不起到這個房間來是要做什麼？ 常忘記剛剛說過的話，變得一再重覆的碎碎唸……， 一位老先生甚至說，他有一次竟然笑到一半却忘記自己為什麼笑 ! 少年夫妻老來伴，中年夫妻怎麼辦 ？ 有人形容食之無味，棄之可惜。 彼此的壞習慣始終改不了， 有的夫妻是什麼項目都可以吵，從來沒有妥協過， 想想婚前是「好有話說」，婚後却變成「有話好說」! 每個來到世間的生命，就像「整存零付」一般，會一點一滴的離去、消失…… 感覺剛剛還是意氣風發的少男少女，一轉眼就已變成哀樂中年。 有人還會這樣譏笑一些老年人 : 「知識退化，器官老化，思想僵化，等待火化」。 所以嚒…… 心裡建設只能靠自己， 要人老而心不老， 皺紋可以長在臉上，但千萬別長在心上……， 再想想，有許多的人甚至沒有老的權利，年紀輕輕的就歸天去啦！ 生活態度也要調整，以前用健康換金錢，現在要用金錢換健康，就是所謂的人生三歷： 少年爭取的是好學歷， 中年成功與否看經歷， 年紀越來越大就要留意病歷。 各位有同感嗎？ ☆ 2015年只剩下不到一天啦… 傷我的人原諒你... 我...

Dear friend, Our Christmas potluck party will be held in Gym C of Langstaff Community Centre at 12 noon on Dec 10 as planned. We anticipate about 70-80 participants. So there will be fun and lots of good food. Since we have many people attending, we require the cooperation of everyone in order to get the best out of this wonderful event. We would like everyone to have a chance to taste as many dishes as possible.May we request everyone to move swiftly through the food stations and do the tasting of the food and the socializing at your own table. The table tennis session will still be on but will be stopped at 11am. If you do choose to play before the party, you would have to punch your card as usual. Dear friends, This year's annual Christmas potluck party will be held on Dec 10, starting at 12 noon.  PLEASE NO TE THAT IT WILL BE AT LANGSTAFF.  All members are welcome with their spouses. Everyone is required to bring one dish to the party. After eating, Karaoke will be set up  in another room when our stars can sing to their hearts content while others can relax and enjoy the beautiful singings. This party will be held in Gym C (the one that we play table tennis in). Since Dec 10 is a Thursday when we have our regular table tennis session in the morning, may I request that we stop playing by 11 am in order to have enough time to set up the Gym for the party.  This is a good time to have fun and socialize with all our fellow players.
